From Vision to Reality: The Creation of the V-Twin Performance Tee

Every V-Twin rider knows the importance of performance, strength, and standing out. That same passion inspired us to create the perfect custom T-shirt, made for riders who expect top quality both on and off their bikes. Here’s the journey we went through to bring the V-Twin Racing Tee to life.

January: The First Step

The year started with excitement as we waited for the first samples from Pakistan. We’d been working on this since November 2023, but when the samples arrived, they were disappointing. Patches weren’t right, prints were off-center, and the materials didn’t meet our standards.

February: Searching for the Perfect Sample

We went through two or three rounds of new samples, but the problems kept coming. The patches weren’t good, the prints weren’t sharp, and every delivery was delayed. We quickly realized that creating a premium shirt takes time, patience, and attention to detail.

March: Learning to Wait

This month was all about fixing the patches. We spent a lot of time improving small details and learned that building something great doesn’t happen overnight. We were in it for the long run.

April: Changing Direction

We made a tough decision to stop working with our supplier in Pakistan. The cotton they used was recycled and didn’t feel or look good enough for what we wanted to create. The colors faded quickly, and the shirt felt cheap—not what a V-Twin rider deserves.

While searching for a new supplier, we worked on the rest of the product experience. We designed custom boxes, zip bags, polybags, and even stickers to make sure every detail was just right. At the same time, we gave our website a complete upgrade.

May: The Hunt for Quality

We reached out to suppliers around the world—calling, emailing, and meeting them. Some were too expensive, others required huge orders, but we stayed focused. At the same time, we kept building our social media and website, meeting some amazing people along the way.

June: Finding the Right Partner

Finally, we found a supplier in Portugal and the Netherlands who shared our passion for quality and performance. After our first call, we knew we’d found the right partner. They were excited about our ideas and ready to guide us through the process.

July: Creating the Perfect Fit

Visiting the supplier was a game-changer. Together, we fine-tuned every detail: the fabric’s weight, the fit, the seams, and the collars. We wanted a shirt that felt great on a ride but also worked in the gym or on a night out.

We also decided on removable velcro PVC patches, giving riders the chance to customize their look. Meanwhile, we kept our socials and website updated to build excitement.irt performed just as well as it looked.

September: Fine-Tuning

We sent detailed feedback to the supplier, focusing on even the smallest adjustments—label placements, patch height, and print details. Nothing was too small to improve. 

October: Almost There

The Pre-Production Samples (PPS) arrived, and they felt amazing. But we still spotted one issue: the ink wasn’t as bold as we wanted. After one last tweak, production was ready to start

November: Gearing Up for Launch

November was huge for us. First, our shirts went into production, with the first limited batch completed quickly. Then, we headed to the BigTwin Expo, where we saw some of the coolest bikes and met incredible people. We also teamed up with a marketing expert to plan future promos and create awesome photos and videos for our brand.

December: The Big Drop

After a year of hard work, our V-Twin Racing Tee was finally here. We checked every shirt by hand to make sure it met our standards. Then we hit the studio for a photoshoot, modeling the shirts ourselves to keep things authentic.

We also reached out to close supporters, sending them shirts to test and give us feedback. With the website ready and everything in place, we’re set for the big launch.
