WHO IS BEHIND STEETH9 ANYWAY?

There is no gasoline in our blood but it comes pretty close.
Erik (founder) was tired of wearing branded t-shirts or general motorcycle t-shirts.

He felled in love with the performance bagger scene and felt the urge to make a unique apparel brand dedicated to the performance bagger scene. Not only to look good but to express that lifestyle.

Our Lifestyle needs more than a usual shirt. As a designer and illustrator it is the perfect match.

Is it only for those who ride performance baggers?

Ofcourse not, its for everybody. Its about a passion and lifestyle. And above all, for performance enthusiasts!

Where can I learn more about how to take care of the products?

Each product comes with a washing instructions.
We always recommend taking off any rubber patches that have velcro. You can clean these with a damp cloth. We always recommend washing clothes at low temperature. Do not tumble dry!

Where are your products made?

We’re proud to be a global company. Our team works remotely in the Netherlands. Materials for our products are responsibility sourced globally and assembled/printed in Pakistan and the Netherlands.

How do I send a gift?

Simply ship the order directly to the recipient.

Shipping Outside of EU

We do our best to get your package to the post office as soon as possible. From that point it is no longer under our control. Please be patient and keep an eye on your track & trace email. All updates are done by the carrier to keep you up to date.

I want to return or request a refund

If you don’t love your order and would like to return and/or request a refund, please contact us at support@steeth9.com to begin the process.

Please note the following Return Guidelines:

  1. All products returned require the original packaging, labels and tags.
  2. All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt.

The refund for returns will be less than the shipping cost! Shipping costs for return have to be paid by yourself.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of being received by the fulfillment center.

Products that are received by STEETH9 in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and may be rejected.

  1. Any product not purchased from STEETH9 website. (3rd Party purchases must be returned where it was purchased.)
  2. Used
  3. Destroyed

Where is my Order Confirmation email and/or Tracking email?

You should receive an Order Confirmation email soon after you made your purchase. It may end up in your spam folder. If not, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

You should also receive a Shipping Confirmation email as soon as your order ships out.

What if an item is missing from my order?

What if my order is received damaged?

Sh*t, really? we’re so sorry that this has happened. We do our best to improve packaging and the process to ensure orders arrive to our standards. However, things still happen and shipping can be aggressive.  

Please contact us and we’ll sort thing out together.
